SMS terms & text message program
What we text, who it goes to, how you opt in, and how to stop at any time.
This page describes the text messaging (SMS) program operated by CLEVR Data LLC. It applies to every text message sent from a phone number Clevr Data operates on its own behalf. It sits alongside ourPrivacy Policy and Terms of Service, which also apply.
1. Who sends the messages
Messages are sent by CLEVR Data LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. Messages identify us as "Clevr Data." We are reachable at:
- CLEVR Data LLC
- (720) 731-0264
- hello@clevrdata.ai
2. How you opt in
You are added to our text messaging program only when you give us express written consent by ticking the SMS consent checkbox on our sign-up form and submitting it. That checkbox is unchecked by defaultand you must select it yourself. Providing a phone number by itself, on any of our forms, on a call, or by email, does not opt you in and is not treated by us as consent to send you text messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is not required to use our website, our free tools, or any of our services. You can submit our forms, book a call, and become a client without ever agreeing to receive texts.
Text/SMS updates sign-up: to opt in, complete theClevr Data text message sign-up form. The form shows these same disclosures next to the consent checkbox, and the checkbox is not pre-selected.
You may also give consent verbally or in writing during a call, meeting, or email exchange with us, in which case we record the date, the number, and what you agreed to receive. If you would rather not receive texts at all, simply do not tick the box, or tell us and we will note it.
3. What we send
Ticking the box on our sign-up form opts you into one messaging programme covering both of the following. You can leave at any time by replying STOP, which stops all of them.
Customer care and scheduling. Replies to an enquiry you sent us, appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders for calls you booked, and updates about work in progress. These are the messages that carry out something you asked us to do.
Occasional service news. Now and then, a message about our services, an offer, or an announcement. These are infrequent, and STOP ends them along with everything else.
Example of the kind of message you may receive: "Clevr Data: your discovery call is confirmed for Thu 10:00am MT. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Most messages are sent in response to something you did, such as booking a call or sending us an inquiry, so the number of messages depends on how you interact with us. We do not send messages on a fixed schedule.
5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for messages sent and received under your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure of your rates.
6. How to get help
Reply HELP to any message from us and you will receive a reply with our name and how to reach us. You can also contact us at any time at (720) 731-0264 orhello@clevrdata.ai.
7. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further texts to that number unless you opt in again. You can also opt out by emailinghello@clevrdata.ai or telling us on a call.
Opting out of text messages does not unsubscribe you from email. To manage email, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send, or contact us.
8. Supported carriers and delivery
Text messaging is available on most major mobile carriers in the United States. Delivery is not guaranteed: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and messages may fail for reasons outside our control, such as network conditions or a number that cannot receive SMS. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Clevr Data SMS program.
9. Your mobile information is not shared
Mobile opt-in information and consent (including phone numbers you provide for SMS) are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with the service providers that help us deliver the messages you have requested, such as our messaging platform and telephony providers, and solely for that purpose. We do not sell your phone number and we do not pass it to lead generators.
Our full Privacy Policy explains what else we collect, how long we keep it, and the rights you have, including the right to ask us to delete your information. OurTerms of Service govern your use of our website and services.
10. Changes to this page
We may update these SMS terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If a change materially affects what we send you, we will tell you before it takes effect.
