Custom Software
When there is no tool for it, we build it.
People come to us with problems nobody sells software for — a document retyped on every job, a list bought from a broker, five systems that will not talk to each other. The work gets done by hand because the thing that would do it does not exist. We build that thing, and the work stops being done by hand.
What it is
Automation, for the step no software covers.
Every business runs on a few steps nobody built a product for. They get done by hand: retyped from one screen into another, rebuilt from scratch every week, checked twice because there is nothing to check them against. Off-the-shelf software skips straight past that part, which is exactly the part costing the hours.
This is automation first and software second. We start from the work as it happens today, then build the thing that does it — shaped to your paperwork and your steps, reading from and writing back to the systems you already run, so nobody has to learn a parallel way of working.
None of it is hypothetical. Three of these builds are on this site, and you can read what each one replaced.
- Aimed at work being done by hand today
- Built to your paperwork and your steps, not a template
- Connects to the systems you already run
- A one-time build, and it is yours to own
- An itemized quote before any work begins
- Starting from $4,999, scoped per project
What we have built
Three problems that had no tool.
One sentence each: what was being done by hand, and what does it now.
SubCost
A 50-page priced work order, retyped by hand into a costing spreadsheet on every single job. Now the PDF goes in and a job-ready cost plan comes out.
See SubCost ›HotSignal
A real-estate wholesaler buying leads from a broker and paying a share of every closed deal. Now the system pulls county records itself and flags every number for DNC and litigator status before anyone dials.

Five capable tools that did not talk to each other, so every accepted quote got typed into three or four systems by hand. Now one job registry ties every job’s IDs across all five.

Built for one business. Then it was a product.
SubCost began as a build for one subcontractor turning rental units, drowning in work orders that had to be repriced by hand. It is a product now, at $69 a month, that anyone doing that job can sign up for.
HotSignal is on the same path. It is custom lead-generation software for real-estate wholesalers, and its first build is running for Epimeno Holdings in Denver, with the purpose the owner gave us in his own words: beat the competition to his wholesale deals. It is not finished, and this page does not pretend otherwise.
Twice now, a problem specific enough to have no tool has turned out to be a problem other people have too. That is not a promise your build becomes a product. It is what happens when the problem is real, and it is the reason we build these properly rather than as one-off scripts.
- SubCost: one client’s build, now a product at $69/mo
- HotSignal: first build in progress, for one Denver wholesaler
- Every build is scoped to the business that asked for it
- What you get is the same either way: your work, automated
Pricing
A floor, not a price.
Custom Software
Builds start from $4,999. That figure is where scoping begins and it is not what a project costs: no two of these have the same shape, so the real number comes out of what yours actually needs. You get an itemized quote before any work begins, and nothing starts until you have seen it.
What moves the number
- How much of the work being done by hand it replaces
- How many systems it has to read from and write back to
- How many steps of the process are in scope
- Whether your team needs a screen of their own to work in, or it runs unattended
From $4,999 one-time, scoped per project
Book a Free CallThe build is a one-time payment and it is yours to own. Monthly Management is a separate, optional service from $479/mo if you would rather we kept it running.

Bring the step that eats the most time. We will tell you straight whether software is the answer to it, and what building that would take.
